Everyone on our team has studied under master photographers. We are proud of our ability to capture both authentic and truthful moments and still be able to create timeless and creative signature portraits we know you want. That said, the best way to describe our style is that we are storytellers. We capture your wedding day with a photojournalistic approach, using a high level of skill to capture it properly. 

Absolutely! You may already know who you want to work with, but if you aren't sure, when you inquire with us we will let you know who is available on your wedding date and send you full galleries to see more of their work. We are a small team focused on only weddings and have trained and worked together for many years. We are able to offer consistent images as a team and there isn't one photo that one person can take that the other isn't skilled to achieve too. 

We recommend booking our services at least 12-18 months in advance if you want to guarantee we have your date. We often book in a shorter window, contact us and we'll let you know if we have your date available. 

Of course! We are fully licensed and insured. We are happy to provide proof of insurance if your venue requires it. We've been in business since 2008.

The short answer is no AND yes! You are hiring us because we are experienced and know weddings better than anyone. About a month before your event we talk about all of the wonderful things you are doing on the day so we can prioritize what we capture. We do require a list for your family formal photographs. We will work together to create that list and the amount of family formal photographs will depend on the amount of time you give us to take them. There are standard things we photograph at all weddings, like the cake, centerpieces, dress, shoes, getting ready, flowers, etc. We don’t work from a shot list these things because we will automatically photograph them as time allows. But, if there is something entirely unique to your day that we wouldn't notice, for example, if there is a special item sewn into your dress, then please tell us ahead of time. Weddings are unpredictable and fantastically beautiful and unexpected things happen all the time. We need creative freedom to discover these things and photograph them for you. One of the best reasons to hire us is this very reason! We are a team so we have our own backup. 2020 has taught us to prepare for everything, so we always have someone on the team available as backup. If your lead photographer is sick then another lead photographer on the team will fill in. Because we are all equally skilled and highly trained this will be seamless and you'll still receive all the high fives, hugs and excellent service you are expecting. 

On average our couples receive their full gallery anywhere between 4-12 weeks from their wedding date. We hand review and color correct every single image delivered so it does take time. We keep in constant communication with our couples regarding turnaround time and send previews. During slower periods we are able to process and edit faster, but during our busy spring and fall wedding season delivery will be longer. We offer 10 day rush processing for an additional $1,200 fee. Please let us know before your event if this is something you require as it must be pre-scheduled.
