Downtown Northville and Mill Race Village is a Favorite Southeast Michigan Photo Location for your Engagement Pictures
We used Mill Race and Downtown Northville for the engagement pictures in this session. We love celebrating engagements with our couples in all seasons with a photo session. One of our jobs is to recommend fantastic locations for a session and Downtown Northville and Mill Race Village is a favorite for engagement pictures! Because it was raining pretty hard on this day the village was empty and not in use, but please take note that under normal circumstances you will need a special photography permit to shoot in Mill Race Village. Permits can be purchased directly from the village. The good news is the outskirts of the village is still very pretty, so you can shoot just outside without getting a permit and then walk over to downtown Northville to get two different and unique looks for your engagement session. Downtown Northville and Mill Race Village are two of Courtney’s preferred engagement picture locations, so if you are working with her, be sure to ask her about shooting here for your session.
