Why love Van Hoosen Farm Weddings
From a wedding photography standpoint, we hit the jackpot with a Van Hoosen Farm Wedding and The Royal Park Hotel Reception on the same day! The sun shined perfectly, so Courtney and Aaron used it to their advantage while taking wedding day portraits. We loved the pops of color that Lisa chose in her palette because it photographed so nicely with the sun kissed day and lush greenery at Van Hoosen as a backdrop.
The Love Lock Bridge in Rochester
Lisa and Nick started their day at the Royal Park, where they both prepped for their first look on the Love Lock Bridge in Rochester. The bridge is located right outside the Royal Park Hotel and to be fair, we aren’t really sure if the bridge is truly named Love Lock Bridge or not. It’s a bridge by the Paint Creek Trail where lovers have been placing locks and throwing the key in the river for years. It was absolutely incredible for us to photograph Lisa and Nick as they attached their own lock to the bridge. Such a sweet moment to capture.
After their first look they headed to Van Hoosen Farm for some wedding photographs with their friends and family before the ceremony. The ceremony was held at the gazebo and Courtney and Aaron did a great job capturing it from all angles. The light was perfect and after they exchanged their vows, they headed back to the Royal Park Hotel to dance away the evening at their wedding reception. Congratulations to Lisa and Nick!
